If you are thinking of letting your property for the first time or you are a Landlord with an existing portfolio of properties, we offer a friendly and professional service and we are committed to finding the right tenant for your property and not just the first one that comes along!   We also have experience of managing HMO properties with a large 33 suite block close to our office where we let the suites and provide direct support to the tenants and the landlord.  We are licensed with Safeagent and also have a Client Money Protection Scheme registered with Safeagent.  We are also members of The Property Ombudsman for our lettings and leasehold management business. 

We are landlords ourselves, we only specialise in block management and letting and are proud to own our own block management showcase.  We have a clear and transparent charging policy for both Landlords and tenants, we charge a one-off fee for a tenant find service, no recurring annual fees at contract renewals and very competitive rates for all of our packages.
